A fixed fraction of the public Esri reference price
Esri doesn't publish list prices — the defensible public reference is US government procurement price lists. Strata's rule is simple: a fixed 10% (Team) and 20% (Unlimited) of the ArcGIS Enterprise Standard on-prem reference figure. Keep your Esri licenses; run Strata for the web-facing tier.
