Every valuation needs comparable sales; this app shows how many there are before anyone values a property. Pick a property type and each Sacramento County area is marked as having many, some, few or no recorded sales. A multi-parcel sale counts once, and counties that don’t publish their records show as ‘no data’, not zero. Click an area to list its sales and export an evidence note with source and date. It gives no opinion of value and is not a price history. Runs live on the county assessor’s sales file.
