Live app · built from a recipe

Development Pipeline Tracker

Schedules often slip because the city takes longer than the plan assumed. Using California’s annual housing reports — 313,397 projects across 540 cities and counties — the app measures how long projects really took from planning approval to building permit, and marks where your plan’s assumption falls. In the demo, a made-up Moreno Valley plan assumes 90 days; half of 1,120 similar projects there took over 2,215. The map shows how much reliable data each place has. It does not predict a delivery date.

How it was built

Cloned a recipe, opened it in Claude — the app built itself

This app — and 44 others — were generated in a single run from recipes handed to Claude. Clone the recipe from our GitHub repository, open it in Claude, and start building advanced, Esri-compatible web mapping applications immediately, on your own data.
